Each visual quality control application must be specifically evaluated according to the product’s structure, surface characteristics, and the types of defects to be checked. Therefore, before starting the project, we request that our clients send us samples of both sound (reference) and defective/faulty products.
Once the samples are received, our engineering team determines the most suitable camera, lens, and lighting combination for the product’s characteristics and creates a customized test setup. This allows us to obtain images in an environment that closely resembles real operating conditions and to analyze the detectability of defect types on the product in detail.
All images obtained during the test process are technically examined, sound and defective products are compared, and evaluations of the system’s performance are prepared. The analysis results, sample images, and technical opinions are shared with our clients in a detailed report. This ensures that the system’s feasibility, success rate, and proposed solution architecture are clearly presented before an investment decision is made.
